Chicago Bears starting quarterback Jay Cutler filed for a divorce from his wife Kristin Cavallari on tuesday morning.

When asked why he was splitting with the former “Hills” star, Cutler said he had found a picture of Aaron Rodgers at the bottom of her sock drawer.

“I just can’t believe she would betray me like that,” said Cutler, who has a career 85.9 quarterback rating. “She knew I was jealous of Aaron (career 104.1 quarterback rating) but she did it anyway.”

Cutler, who is 2-12 all time against the Packers said Rodgers has haunted his nightmares since he came to Chicago from Denver.

“I just don’t get how he throws it at his own team so often,” said Cutler. “I just get so confused when there are 21 other guys  running around. How am I supposed to know which guys I have to throw to? Kristin knew I had these feelings but had the picture anyway.”

Cavallari said she had the picture to remind herself what a real quarterback is.

“It’s tiring being Jay Cutler’s wife okay!?” said a frustrated Cavallari. “I have to raise the kids of the guy that spent the 2011 NFC championship on a stationary bike. Sometimes I just need to release and remember that there are real quarterbacks somewhere in this world.”

Cavallari, who has recently appeared in TV shows like “The League” and “The Middle” also works as a fashion designer. As she was leaving the courthouse she expressed disdain for marrying such a mediocre talent.

“I’m so jealous of Gisele Bundchen and Olivia Munn,” said Cavallari.
